Ingredients
1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 1 tbsp chia seeds 0.25 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins - 1/4 cup .5 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple .5 tbsp Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Turmeric, ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients except apple which needs to be blended.
Add blended apple
Store overnight in container
