Ingredients
1 Serving(s) 6 cups raw cauliflower 1 Serving(s) 4 cups fat free plain yogurt 1 Serving(s) 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 Serving(s) 1 cup fresh mint 1 Serving(s) 1 tbsp dry mint 1 Serving(s) 2 tbsp corn oil 1 Serving(s) 1 tsp salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 Serving(s) 500 gram minced beef 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 Serving(s) Cumin
Directions
1- boil or steam cauliflower 2- mix corn flour with 3 cups of water and add to yogurt, put over heat & stir untill it thickens. 3- brown meat with spices & salt. 4- Add steamed cauliflower & cooked meat to yogurt sauce. 5- in 2 tbsp corn oil sauté garlic for a min. Add mint & sauté for a min. Add to the yogurt sauce and stir carefuly Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
