Crockpot Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients
453.6 gram(s) hot italian pork sausage 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 large Onions, raw 32 fl oz Chicken Broth 2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE) 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 0.13 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Brown sausage and garlic. Drain fat and add to crockpot along with chicken broth, potatoes and onions. Cook on high for 4 hours. Then whisk four into cream and add to crockpot. Add in Kale and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
