Ingredients
32 oz Beef, Ground, 80/20 (3-oz Cooked PATTY) [hamburger, ground chuck] ggg 1 large Onions, raw-chopped 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh-chopped 3.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes 1 cup Tomato Sauce 4 fl oz Water, tap 2 clove Garlic 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
Directions
Heat a Dutch oven or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and chopped onion until mixture is ground and crumbly. Drain, add chopped cabbage. tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cover and reduce heat, simmer until cabbage is tender-about 30 minutes
