Sugar Free Cranberry Orange Jello Salad

Ingredients
6 serving Jello - Sugar Free Strawberry - 1/2c 2.5g 6 serving Sugar Free Lemon Lime Jello 12 cup, whole Cranberries 8 oz Ocean Spray 100% Juice No Sugar Added Cranberry,Pomegranate,Cherry (by YIAYIA-THALIA) 3 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground (1 tsp, 2.3g) (by DSHAMBLE) 16 oz Del Monte Mandarin Oranges (no sugar added) 4 cups tap water4 oz (20 halves) Pecans
Directions
In a 4 quart saucepan, use tap water, whole cranberries raw, and Truvia to cook berries until tender. I let mine simmer for at least an hour.
Once tender. add 16 oz of mandarin oranges, pecans, cinnamon, a package of strawberry jello, and a package of lime jello, cook until jello is thickening.
Pour Jello Salad mix into a 9 x 9 glass pan, and place in refrigerator to chill overnight.
