Coconut Almond Zucchini Loaves

Ingredients
3 cup Carbquick1 cup Lakanto Munkfruit Sweetener (classic) 1 1/2 C Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 7 medium Eggs 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 oz almond extract1 cup Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened 3 cup, shredded Zucchini
Directions
shred zucchini and place in mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix on low till all ingredients are incorporated. With a 1/4 cup measuring cup place batter into lightly oil muffin or square loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
