16 oz Ground Turkey, Jennie-O, 93% fat free, lean 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 3 TBSP minced Garlic 1 tsp Chili powder .5 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555) 1 tsp Paprika (Smoked is best1.75 cup White Beans - Goya Small white beans 1.75 cup Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free 1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1/2 to 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Directions
Add meat to the crockpot and break it into chunks. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
