1 serving BACON - Great Value Walmart 2 slices 50 gm (by BKSLOAN) .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 clove Garlic 32 oz Ground beef, lean 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Paprika 2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
Make bacon.
Cook chopped onion, celery and green pepper until soft, 6 minutes.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 more minute.
Remove from pan.
Brown ground beef, drain fat.
Add veggies to beef and then spices.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add broth and let simmer until most of broth has evaporated.
