Almond Meal Pizza

Ingredients
2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 2 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 1 cup Del Monte Pineapple Tidbits 2 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni) 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
Directions
mix eggs, salt, olive oil and almond meal. Place onto pan and spread. Preheat oven to 350. Cook crust for 15 minutes. Take out. Combine tomato paste with water to thin and add oregano and garlic powder. Spread that onto crust after crust has been cooked. Place pineapple tidbits on sauce, cheese on pineapple, then pepperoni on cheese. Heat an additional 15 minutes then remove, cool, cut and serve.
