8 oz Ground beef, lean .5 small Onions, raw 1 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 1 serving Cheese - HEB Extra Sharp Cheddar (1 oz) Block Cheese 2 cup Green Leaf Lettuce 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Directions
Fry up ground beef with onions and garlic
chop up lettuce tomatoes and avocados
top chopped veggies with meat, cheese
