3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 24 tsp Splenda .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Canola Oil 3 tbsp Vanilla Extract 3 cup, chopped Summer squash 3.25 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Cloves, ground 1 tbsp Allspice 4 serving Nutrilite all plant protein powder 6 tsp (12.5 g) 52 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
Mix eggs sugar oil vanilla.
add and mix in cinnamon, allspice and cloves.
In large bowl mix baking powder, baking soda, protein powder, flax seed meal and chia seeds. Add egg mixture mix, Add squash mix add flour a little at a time and stir well.
place in oiled and floured bread pans.
Bake at 300F for 60 min.
Serving Size: makes 2 loaves 10 slices per loaf
