Barbequed Pulled Pork or Chicken (Crockpot)

Ingredients
1 lb boneless pork chops (or can use boneless skinless chicken breasts)1 cup ketchup1 cup hot water 2 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp worcestershire sauce2 tsp brown sugar1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
Place pork chops (or chicken breasts) in slow cooker. Mix other ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours. Pull (shred) with fork. Serve on slider buns (not included in the calorie count.)
