Fried Zucchini & Summer Squash

Ingredients
2 C. sliced zucchini & summer squash1 Tbsp. Enova oil1 Tbsp. chopped garlic1 tsp. paprikadash of salt
Directions
Wash & slice zucchini and summer squash. Heat oil in pan. Add zucchini, summer squash and garlic. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Stir in pan about 4 minutes or under crisp-tender. Makes 2-3 servings.
