Pumpkin Bread (CAKE!)

Ingredients
3.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Safflower Oil, oleic .66 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (by TEQUILAMY) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. sift dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well of the dry ingredients. Beat eggs with electric mixer. Add pumpkin, water and oil to eggs. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix. Pour batter equally into 4 greased loaf pans. bake for 55-60 min.

Serving Size: makes 4 not too big loaves. 6 generous slices per each.
