Salsa fresca/ Pico Dr Gallo

Ingredients
5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .75 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 pepper Serrano Peppers 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 100 grams Cilantro, raw 3 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Dice all veggies to desired size. Finely chop cilantro and garlic. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
