Chickpea Salad with veggies and sesame seeds

Ingredients
15 oz can chickpeas1/2 cucumber1/4 green pepper1 stalk celery3 slices of tomato chopped1/4 cup chopped parsley or dill1/4 of raw red onion2 tsp of sesame oil or olive oil2 tsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp roasted sesame seedsfreshly ground black pepper to tastesalt(optional)
Directions
Chop all the veggies and mix chickpeas and the rest of the ingredients together. Chill and serve.

It makes 6 servings 1/2 cup for each serving.
