Apple Cinnamon Bran Muffins

1 1/2 cup Kellogg's Original All-Bran2 Tbsp. white vinegar1 cup skim milk1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup splenda for baking1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. ground cinnamon2/3 cup Egg Beaters1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 large apple2 tsp. Splenda brown sugar blend1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Mix all bran with vinegar and milk in large bowl. Let soak while mixing other ingredients.
In a separate bowl stir the five dry ingredients together. In another owl, mix egg beaters, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and apple (chopped in small pieces). Stir in liquid mixture into the all bran mixture. Stir the dry ingredients into this mixture. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins and sprinkle brown sugar splenda and a bit of cinnamon on top. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 357F oven.
