Ingredients
8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.25 cup Great Value Shredded Hash Browns1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese3.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)0.33 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen0.5 tsp Salt2.0 dash Pepper, black0.5 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Mix thawed hash browns & cheese muffin cups to make she'll on bottom & sides. Cook at 400 for 15-20 min. Mix other ingredients & egg/milk mixture together. Fill cups 3/4 way & cook at 350 for another 15 min or until egg is set.
