Baked meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 453 gram Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage - Sage (Serving Size = 2 oz. Cooked Portion) (by SHIRTTALES) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 large Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Mix meat together. Sauté in small frying pan olive oil, and onion on high for 5 min., add garlic cook for 1 min longer. Combine all ing in a bowl and roll into golf size meatballs. Spray a jelly roll pan with Pam. Add meatballs. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
