Ingredients
1.5 lb top sirloin (or top round)1/2 cup teriyaki sauce1/4 cup water1/2 t ground ginger1/2 t red pepper flakes2 T cornstarch1 bunch green onions
Directions
slice steak into thin slices
mix everything except green onions in a plastic bag and set aside.
Chop onions
Heat a large skillet and spray with cooking spray
Cook and stir meat mixture until meat is brown
Add green onions and serve
Good with brown rice.
