Beef & Cabbage stir fry

Ingredients
1 1tsp Sesame Oil 4 oz Flank Steak - thinly sliced and then diced3 slice, thin Onions, raw 3 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh 1 tbsp Soy Sauce .5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Directions
Heat non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Skillet must be very hot! Add sesame oil then the steak. Cook steak for about 1 minute then add half the soy sauce - about 1-2 tsp. Cook another minute and remove from pan. Add onion and cabbage and the remaining sot sauce - 1-2 tsp. season with pepper to taste. Saute cabbage using tongs, turning the cabbage until just cooked - about 3-4 minutes. Add sesame seeds and serve! I like to have a little crunch in my cabbage so do not cook it all the way. If you prefer a more tender cabbage - cook another 1-2 minutes - serve immediately! T
