2 cup Spinach, fresh (or .5 block of frozen spinach) 1 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice2 Tblsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1.50 cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk (Original) 1 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter 1 serving Bread Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Oatmeal (1 slice)
Place spinach, fruit, chia seeds and hemp hearts and coconut milk in Nutribullet. Make smoothie.
