Low Carb Green Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
7 serving Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (Hatch)) 1 CAN6 serving LaTortilla factory high fiber low carb large whole wheat tortilla (6 Tortillas)3 tbsp Phili Cream Cheese Reg 4 cup 4 Cups Raw Fresh Express Spinach Leaves 0.5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 10 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted cubed
Directions
steam spinach and mix with room temp cream cheese and chicken plus two tbsp of enchilada sauce. Take filling and divide up between the six tortillas and roll up. Pour some more of the sauce into a 9" X 9" pan. Place the rolled up chicken tortillas into the pan/ dish cover with the rest of can of enchilada sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Cook at 350 for 30 to 40 mins.
