Coconut macaroons

4 large Egg white, fresh .5 cup Granulated Sugar 48 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
Directions
Whip egg whites, add sugar, mix
Add shredded coconut and mix with spoon
Bake 350 for 15-20 min

Cool completely before eating
