196 Grams Kraft Pizza Mozzarella Cheddar Shredded Cheese (Grams in 1/4 cup, 04/21/18) (by UNKYNDENESSE) 3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 60 serving Piller's Sliced Pizza Pepperoni (15 slices) (by TAMOSQUITO) 154 Grams Kraft Pizza Mozzarella Cheddar Shredded Cheese (Grams in 1/4 cup, 04/21/18) (by UNKYNDENESSE) 1 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425F degrees. First cheese, almond flour, cream cheese in microwave safe bowl, slightly mix ingredients. Microwave on high for 1 minute, mix to combine, one more minute in microwave, mix some more add egg continue mixing to incorporate well. I use a tortilla press to squash the 6 balls into discs. Put on parchment paper lined cookie tray. Heat for 4 minutes, remove and poke with fork so dough stays flat, back in for 4 minutes or just turning golden, remove add your topping, I just put mine there as an example. Back in oven until cheese melts and enjoy.
