12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce3.0 1tsp Canola Oil1.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.0 serving barilla gluten free pasta (spaghetti, elbows, rotini) 1 serving=2 oz dry=1 c cooked (MOMDECORATES)1.0 tsp Curry powder1.0 tsp Pepper, white1.0 tsp Cumin seed1.0 serving(s) Garlic1.0 dash Salt
Dice chicken and cook in skillet with spices in oil and Worcestershire sauce, add sliced mushrooms and zucchini cook about 10 minutes add hot cup of chicken broth. Stir in dry gluten free pasta cook additional 15 mins and serve.
