48 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .85 cup Aroy-D Coconut Milk, full fat, canned (by ANTIOCHIA) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .8 cup Tomato Paste 1 tsp Coriander leaf, dried 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Garlic Salt
Directions
saute onions in coconut oil, mix tomato paste and coconut milk in crockpot with spices, add chicken
