Easy Beef Stroganoff

32 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 4 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup .5 cup Corn Starch 2 cup Farfalle Bow Tie Noodles (Dry) (by LAMOREC) 1 cup Stonyfield Farm Organic Whole Milk (by MISSG818) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 medium onion
Boil water and cook noodles.
While noodles are boiling, cook ground beef with salt and pepper, add mushrooms and onions during the last 5 minutes.
Slowly combine corn starch, milk, and beef broth and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer until desired thickness.
Combine meat, gravy, and noodles. Ready to eat!
