Low Carb BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

397 grams Italian Sausage, pork .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Cheese - Sargento classic mozzarella shredded cheese
Use your favorite cheese: I used 1 cup sharp cheese & 1 cup mozzarella)
Brown the sausage, drain it.
Cook in the onions and peppers
Put it in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Mix all the eggs, cream, water and cheese together.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 350 for 45, up to 60 minutes.
Mixing the cheese into the eggs makes this so much better than just sprinkling it over the top.
Makes 6 servings
