Low Carb Keto Sausage Balls

Ingredients
16 oz (1 lb) Jimmy Dean Sage Pork Sausage1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese1 cup blanched Almond Flour2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes1 large Egg
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together by hand until well blended.
Place a wire cooking rack or parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet.
Shape by hand or use a cookie scoop (I prefer the scoop that makes 1" balls), placing the balls on the rack or parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and no pink in center.
If baking on parchment paper, turn the balls halfway to add a little extra chew/crispness to them.

*You can also make the balls a bit bigger, as some prefer 2" balls. Cook about the same amount of time, adjust calorie count.
