2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, (divided 1 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup)2 tbsp Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/3 cup Coconut flour 2 Tbs. Great Value Pizza Sauce (more or less as you like)2 Tbs Sausage crumbles or a cooked patty10 to 15 slices Great Value Original Pepperoni 1 Tbs. Mario sliced black olives 1 Tbs. Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 Tbs. chopped Onions, raw
Melt mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in microwave until completely melted. Add 2 eggs beaten and coconut flour and knead together. Between 2 sheets of parchment paper roll out the dough to fit a medium sized pizza pan. Poke holes with a fork and bake at 425 degrees for 6 to 10 mins. Until golden brown. Check at mid time, if crust bubbling poke with fork to release air. After crust is browned remove from oven and add toppings and other 1/2 cup of cheese. Return to oven and bake until Cheese is melted to your liking.
