Ingredients
1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 clove Garlic 56 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 cup Goya Black Beans 5 cup VIGO SAFFRON YELLOW RICE 12 tsp OLD EL PASO TACO SEASONING 25% LESS SODIUM 3 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Directions
Brown turkey and drain. Add garlic, tomatoes, taco seasoning, beans and corn and simmer for 30 minutes. cook rice according to package directions and mix into turkey mixture.. Serve with avocado and salsa if you like
