1.0 cup Yellow Cornmeal1.0 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil4.0 tsp Baking Powder1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch cast iron skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
