Instant Pot Low carb broccoli cheddar soup

Ingredients
3 serving Beef Broth, 1 cup 1 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 crowns Broccoli, fresh chopped into pieces (include stems)1 tbsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Garlic powder 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Add broth, cream, onion & garlic powder and broccoli to Instant Pot. Put on the lid and set pot to sealing. Set to pressure cook/manual for 4 minutes. When complete, quick release the steam. Set pot to sauté and adjust to low. SLOWLY add cheddar and Parmesan, stirring to melt. Add 1 TBSP butter after all cheese is melted. Turn off pot and let simmer down for 5 minutes. Serve hot!
