6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 oz kroger black forest ham (by DAWN1830)

mix and pour into 8 cups. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
