Pizza Crust

Ingredients
0.75 tsp Salt3.3 tbsp Olive Oil1.5 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour24.0 serving Fleischman Pizza yeast0.66 cup warm water
Directions
Heat water to 120-130 degrees. Mix w/ sugar; top w/ yeast and set aside. Combine 1 cup flour w/ salt in large bowl. Add 3 tbsp oil and yeast mixture. Mix until well blended; about 1 minute. Add gradually enough remaining flour until soft dough ball is formed. Dough will be slightly sticky. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic; about 4 minutes. Roll into 12 inch circle and transfer to pan/pizza stone. Top as desired. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 12-15 minutes until crust is browned. Serving Size: 1 crust makes 8 slices
