Ingredients
2.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)1.0 cup Friendly Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk Vanilla2.0 tsp Baking Powder2.0 tbsp Peanut Oil1.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Add dry ingredients to blender and blend until flour consistency. Add wet ingredients and blend until smooth. I added some water for better consistency, maybe 3/4 of a cup. Blend again. Heat skillet and lightly spray with cooking spray. Batter will be sticky! Cakes don't brown very well due to little oil in batter. Cook through.
