Egg omelet with green peppers, cheese, mushrooms, onions

3.0 serving Egg white, large0.25 cup Cheese - 2% - 4 Cheese Mexican - Shredded - Kroger0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.25 cup pieces Mushrooms, fresh1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Saute vegetables with 1/2 of the butter until desired doneness. Melt remaining butter with scrambled eggs add a bit of water to make smooth. Cook in nonstick skillet, when almost cooked through add vegetables. Flip in thirds and fold on to plate
