8.0 cup 2lbs.80/20 lean ground beef and pork8.0 serving(s) 1.5 package whole wheat rotini8.0 serving(s) spaghetti sauce(any kind)3 cans2.0 cup onion bell pepper mix1.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen2.0 clove Garlic1.0 serving Parkay, Light Original Spread Margarine, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Saute onion and bell pepper mixture in 1 the.light margarine.in a separate skillet brown the beef and pork mixture.when finished strain oil from meat.in a 6 qt.saucepan add your spaghetti sauces.to that add your meat and sauteed vegetables and let simmer on a low temperature.then boil noodles until done.strain water off noodles.then add noodles into sauce.combine.serve with garlic toast.enjoy
