1 pound extra lean ground beef1 diced yellow onion1 McCormick's Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning1 large can red kidney beans (undrained)1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
Brown ground beef is large skillet, drain. Add diced onion, seasoning mix, tomatoes (undrained) and kidney beans (undrained). Simmer for 10 minutes.
Optional toppings:
Low fat sour cream
low fat shredded cheese
diced green onion
diced tomatoes
Baked tortilla chips
Note: You can save calories and sodium by using ground turkey and instead of the seasoning packet, use ground red chilis, ground cumin, garlic and salt and pepper.
