Genna’s tuna salad

3 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 5 large Hard Boiled Egg 12 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100% 6 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
1. Hard boil or microwave eggs
- if microwaving:
cook covered for 3 minutes
Take out of micro and with cover still mostly over bowl use knife to cut up so bottom of eggs pop. (If not covered eggs can explode in face and burn you)
Return to micro and cook for additional 2 minutes.
Take out and cut up covered again.
2. Drain tuna and put in bowl
3. Add mayo, parm and onion/garlic powders
4. Cut eggs into small pieces and add to bowel
5. Mix with spoon
