Kaelie's Low Carb Stuffed Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.75 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 large Onions, raw 2 1tsp Olive Oil 16 oz Ground beef, lean 5 serving Fit & Active Fresh Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage (serving = 1 link) 3.25 cup Tomatoes Crushed Canned (1c=80cals/serv) 28 oz can=3.25c (by MOV4WARD) 1 Tbsp italian herbs5 cup Swanson beef broth unsalted (by AMBLEEBEAR2152) 6 tbsp Kroger 50% Less Sugar & Sodium Tomato Ketchup (1 Tbl = serving) (by MCHRYSDUTTON) 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 3.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 cup green giant cauliflower rice
Directions
Add oil to large skillet, saute onions, add herbs when softened and browned slightly. Remove to stockpot. Add peppers to skillet and cook until slightly charred. Remove to stockpot. Add turkey sausage (removed from casing) and ground beef and brown. Once cooked thru, drain and add to stockpot. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, water and stock. Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Add cauliflower and simmer additional 30 minutes.
