Ingredients
Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")Scrambled Egg, 1 cup Spinach, cooked, .5 cup Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Dice ham into dime sized pieces and heat in pan with spinach. Pour beaten eggs over the top and scramble in pan for 4 minutes or until cooked.
