2 Cups Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1 can (15 oz) Beans, Kidney beans dark red1 can (15 oz) Diced Tomatoes, Onions, Green Peppers 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.5 cup water 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 3 bay leaves4 serving FIELD ROAST grain meat sausage Italian vegan0.5 cup chopped parsley 1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce 0.75 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched 1.25 tsp Salt 1.25 tsp Thyme, fresh
All but sausage and parsley into a slow cooker for 4-5 hours on low. When slow cooker is done, sauté sausage separately, add to cooker, and garnish with parsley.
