Turkey Swedish meatballs

1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 clove Garlic 4 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 4 oz Cream Cheese, Great Value, 1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Allspice 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Saute dices onions until starting to soften. Add chopped garlic and celery until soft. Let cool for a few minutes. Mix turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion mixture, allspice and salt and pepper and roll into balls 1/8 cup. Add stock to pan and bring to a boil. Slowly drop meatballs into stock, cover reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. Remove meatballs with a slotted spoon and add cream cheese to stock until melted and slightly thickened. Add meatballs back to pan and heat through.
