Ingredients
0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt2.0 tbsp Canola Oil3.0 tsp Garlic1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste20.0 oz Ground beef, lean2.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked9.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Cook onions peppers and garlic in oil. Cook rice. Brown meat. Combine all prepared ingredients. Place in 9"x13" pan. If desired sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven. Serving Size: 1/8 of casserole
