Pepperoni cups

Ingredients
30.0 gram Armour pepperoni2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut a slit in the pepperoni slices. Put 3 pepperoni in a muffin tin and top with a tablespoon of cheese. Continue until you have used all pepperoni and cheese. Place in the oven and hear into cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain fat.
