Ingredients
.25 cup Spinach, fresh .25 cup, chopped Watercress .25 cup Rocket lettuce (by OFEDEOZ) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 21 grams Cream Cheese 0.05 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Chop ingredients, mix eggs with cream cheese, add half egg mix to hot pan, add veg then add rest of egg mix. Cook and the place under grill to cook top.
