Ingredients
16.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh1.0 can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw8.0 cup Campbell's Chicken Broth2.0 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw4.0 clove Garlic0.5 tsp Thyme, ground1.0 bouillon cube, chicken0.75 tsp Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt(to taste)
Directions
Brown hamburger with garlic and onion. Add all ingredients to Crock-Pot and cook on high for 5 hours. May serve over rice. (Rice not included in nutrition info)
