Crock Chops

Ingredients
4 pork chops1 tablespoon olive oil1 onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped2 tablespoons catsup2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
Brown chops in 1 Tablespoon olive oil, set aside. Saute onions and peppers until translucent. Place in crock pot. Put chops on top. Mix brown sugar and catsup, put on chops. Cover and let cook for 7 to 9 hours on low. Serves 4
